India goes Yellow!

YHE is delighted to announce that it has signed an agreement for digital internet-based distribution of the Baby Beetles and Tom and Keri series with Hungama of India. Claire Selby said, “Hungama has a very strong reputation in the digital market in India with a leading position in ‘Bollywood’ film and music downloads. Edutainment is a growing area in India so it is a win-win for both companies.” This is a very significant step for Yellow House English, adding India to China as new countries both added to their digital coverage this year.

Yellow House English and the English Theatre, Frankfurt agree to promote English for children.

CEO of Yellow House English, Claire Selby and Managing Director of the English Theatre, Frankfurt signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Frankfurt International Book Fair to promote English for children under the Bilingual Kids programme. The English Theatre already offers bilingual learning activities for teenagers and adults but sees the importance of encouraging children to start learning English even before preschool. The Baby Beetles series will be available from the Theatre foyer and more information about the Bilingual Kids action will be posted on their website. "We have plans for more activities to support English for children together," says Claire, "and this is a very important start!" Watch out for more news soon!
